Wendy J. Davies

Associate Wendy J. Davies’ practice focuses on family law and estate planning, and she also handles personal injury litigation and criminal defense matters.

Wendy’s family law experience is particularly broad, and she handles contested divorces, child support matters and custody disputes. Although she is an aggressive family law advocate, she also knows how to work cooperatively, and she handles many divorces in a collaborative fashion. She is a registered mediator and Special Master for divorce cases in Hartford County. Wendy also has a great deal of experience in estate planning and probate, drafting wills and sophisticated trusts, and she also handles probate litigation.

Born in 1965, Wendy is a Hartford, Connecticut native, who received her B.A. from the University of Hartford, and her law degree from the Western New England College School of Law. Wendy is admitted to the Connecticut Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and she is a member of the Hartford County and Connecticut Bar Associations.

Wendy is married with three daughters, and she is a girl’s softball coach and Girl Scout leader. She has been inducted into the University of Hartford Sports Hall of Fame.
